— How do I purchase and view the webinar?

Step №1. After filling out and submitting the registration form, you will receive an email confirming the submission of your application and offering several payment options for purchasing the webinar.

The selected event will appear in the “My webinars” section with the status “Unpaid”.

It is necessary to make a payment using one of the methods specified in the email and available in your region.

Step #2. When the payment is submitted, you will receive a payment confirmation email, and the status of the purchased event will be changed to “Paid” in the “My webinars” section.

Step #3. You will you need to install a special software (infoprotector player) on your personal computer for viewing the webinar. The installation instructions are here.

Step #4. An individual serial number will be displayed in the “My Webinars” section on the event page 1-3 days prior to the date of the live broadcast. You will need to enter the code into the media-player when opening a broadcast at the first time.

*We recommend you to make sure the contact details were entered correctly when filling out the event registration form.

*If for some reason you did not receive an email with your personal serial number, you can contact us by phone (WhatsApp,  Telegram).

 

— How many times can I watch the recording?

The recording of the webinar is available for viewing for an unlimited number of times during the access period of the event.

 

— The webinar lasts for many hours. Is it possible to watch it in parts?

Yes, you can pause the recording or close the player, and then return to viewing at a convenient time during the access period of the event.

 

— Is it possible to watch the webinar from mobile devices?

No. The webinars on our educational platform can be watched only on a personal computer with Windows and macOS operating systems.

 

— Is it possible to purchase a webinar recording after the live broadcast?

Yes, you can purchase a recording and view it during the webinar’s access period.

*Please note that each event has a specified access period. The termination date of an access period is fixed in advance and written in various information blocks.

Example: the end date of an access period is January 1. This means that access to the webinar will be closed at 00:00 on January 2nd in the UTC-12 time zone.

Please make sure that you have enough time to view the event before the end of the access period. Some webinars have a duration of 7-10 hours.
