The status of Candidate for Membership in ZenDentistry Academy is your first official level of membership. This status grants you access to the Academy's resources and provides an opportunity to actively engage in the Academy's public platforms.

Affiliated Member
An Affiliated Member is an officially recognized representative of ZenDentistry Academy, granted the right to participate in the Academy's expert, educational, and communication activities. This status confirms a high level of trust, competencies, and personal involvement, and it provides access to an expanded functionality for professional interaction within the Academy.
This status opens up a wide range of privileges:
Public confirmation of your affiliation with the international professional ZenDentistry Academy by featuring your photo, name, country, short CV, and social media links on the official website in the appropriate section.

As part of the Academy’s expert group, you gain the ability to shape its structure:
recommend candidates for Affiliated Membership;
participate in evaluation commissions for clinical cases and bracelet application reviews.
You gain the opportunity to participate in closed Academy meetings where you can be heard and involved in discussions of key decisions.
You have the opportunity to initiate and participate in the creation of products and technologies under the ZenGears brand, with additional financial incentives and the potential to enhance your status as an innovator and developer in the field.

Terms of Membership
Each membership level within the ZenDentistry Academy is not attained by chance – it is the result of professional activity, personal engagement, and a high level of trust from the community. This section outlines the clear criteria and requirements for obtaining each membership status. Fulfilling these conditions not only validates your professional competence, but also opens new horizons for growth and participation within the Academy.

Bracelet Holder
ZenDentistry Bracelet Holder is a specialist demonstrating an interest in professional development and a willingness to actively participate in the Academy's activities. At this level are entry-level members of the professional community: practicing clinicians, dental technicians, clinicians, or students who have shown a high level of clinical training.
The ZenDentistry Bracelet can be obtained through one of the following ways:
- Participation in a practical course conducted by an Active or Honorary member with the special status of "Mentor of ZenDentistry Academy."
- Participation in the "Defense" format within a practical course of an Active or Honorary member holding the special status "Mentor of ZenDentistry Academy."
- Submission of an independent application through the Academy Coordinator.

Candidate for Membership
Candidate for Membership in ZenDentistry Academy is a specialist already holding the ZenDentistry Bracelet. They are focused on professional growth in clinical, scientific, and educational fields, open to knowledge exchange, and proactive in participating in the life of the Academy.
To obtain this status, you must:
- Be a Holder of the ZenDentistry Bracelet.
- Complete the Google Form titled “Application for ZenDentistry Bracelet Holders and Candidates” in full detail and submit your best clinical cases.

Affiliated Member
ZenDentistry Affiliated Member is a professional with a certain level of expertise and an active position, sharing the philosophy and mission of ZenDentistry. This individual confidently represents the Academy in public spaces, participates in its open initiatives, creates meaningful content, and demonstrates a high level of engagement in the development of the expert community.
To obtain the Affiliated Member status, the following are required:
- Provide three recommendations from Academy members:
- two recommendations from Affiliated Members;
- one recommendation from an Active Member.
Recommendations are manually filled in by Members on a special form and sent along with the application to the Academy’s email in scanned form (details of the form can be obtained from the Academy Coordinator).
- Personal participation in at least two in-person Academy events as a listener or speaker.
- Support and participation in the public promotion of the Academy’s values, projects, and products, which is assessed based on social media activity metrics (tags, reposts, co-authorship, personal publications).
- Completion of at least three activities from the following list:
- Being selected as a finalist or semifinalist of the ZenDentistry Spotlight competition;
- Recording at least two episodes of the educational series "What’s Up Doc";
- Publishing at least two articles on the www.zencourses.pro portal;
- Authoring at least three clinical cases accepted and published on the Academy’s platforms;
- Publishing an article in partner or international journals mentioning affiliation with ZenDentistry Academy;
- Conducting at least one webinar on the zencourses.pro platform (paid or free);
- Participation in organizing Academy events or joint events with partners and other professional communities;
- Participation as a speaker at Academy events or events conducted in partnership with the Academy and other organizations/companies;
- Assistance in expert translation of articles from English to Russian.
- Active participation in expert commissions:
- Providing recommendations for candidates for Affiliated Membership;
- Evaluating and reviewing candidates' clinical works;
- Participation in expert commissions for awarding the ZenDentistry Bracelet status.
The composition of expert commissions is formed through planned rotation, considering the rating and specializations of Academy members (Affiliated and Active). Prioritization is based on the rating system.

Active Member
ZenDentistry Active Member is a recognized expert and leader whose professional maturity is combined with an active, creative stance. This is not merely a follower of the ZenDentistry philosophy, but a person who shapes its context through their own initiatives, expert products, educational formats, and public activities. An Active Member is a participant whose opinions are taken into account, whose actions are amplified, and whose influence extends beyond clinical practice into the scientific, educational, and strategic domains of the Academy. They do not follow changes – they create them.
An Affiliated Member meeting the following requirements may independently apply for Active Member status. Additionally, a candidacy may be proposed by any Active or Honorary Member of the Academy:
- At least three recommendations from current Active or Honorary Members of the Academy. Recommendations are manually filled out on a special form.
- Personal participation in at least four in-person Academy events as a listener or speaker.
- Public support and promotion of the Academy’s values, projects, and products, confirmed by social media activity (tags, reposts, publications, co-authorship).
- Active participation in implementing the core mechanisms and bylaws of the Academy.
- Completion of at least five activities from the following list:
- Victory in the ZenDentistry Spotlight Competition.
- Leadership or key role in organizing Academy events:
- Venue organization;
- Organization of exhibition space and exhibitor coordination;
- Leadership of the main event team;
- Curating the educational or scientific program;
- Coordinating the invitation and support of key speakers.
- Organizing professional internships in your clinic for Academy Members, ZenDentistry Bracelet Holders, and Candidates.
- Initiating and actively participating in the development of new dental products and technologies under the ZenGears brand.
- Authoring at least 8 episodes of the "What’s Up Doc" educational series.
- Publishing at least 6 articles on www.zencourses.pro, including at least one Original Research Article or Review Article, as well as one or more Case Reports.
- Authoring 15 or more clinical cases accepted and published on the Academy's platforms. Cases must meet high standards of quality, with clear structure, high visual accuracy, realism, and strong educational value.
- Publishing at least two articles in international or recognized partner journals with mandatory mention of affiliation with ZenDentistry Academy.
- Conducting at least two webinars (paid or free) on the zencourses.pro platform, with high audience engagement and positive feedback.
- Speaking at national and international Academy events or partner events, including congresses, conferences, and specialized seminars (at least two appearances per year).

Honorary Member
ZenDentistry Honorary Member is a professional with a solid reputation who has made a stable, valuable, and multifaceted contribution to the development of the Academy over an extended period. Recognized by the community as a standard-setter and shaper of the cultural, scientific, and educational landscape of the dental industry, this member embodies the Academy’s values and serves as an example for new generations of members.
A candidate for Honorary Member status must meet one of the following criteria based on their activity as an Active Member:
- At least 3 years of participation with an activity level of 30–39 points per year;
- At least 2 years of participation with an activity level of 40–69 points per year;
- At least 1 year of participation with an activity level of 70 points or higher.
Additional conditions::
- Only points earned while holding Active Member status are considered;
- A minimum of four different types of activities is required.

ZenDentistry Mentor
ZenDentistry Mentor is a special status that may only be held by Active and Honorary Members of the Academy. A Mentor has the right to award special ZenDentistry Bracelets to participants of their courses, granting those recipients the opportunity to later apply for Academy membership.
