— For stable and smooth webinar viewing on ZenCourses, you should use a personal computer or laptop (Windows, Mac OS). We do not guarantee high-quality streaming on mobile devices.
— All webinars are protected by dedicated information security services.
We warn you that if you attempt to record the stream using special software, we reserve the right to permanently block access to the service for the user and the device used for viewing.
In addition, during each webinar a dynamic mark appears on the screen, allowing us to trace recordings made from the screen by external devices if they appear online. If such unlawful actions are detected, ZenCourses may take legal action for copyright infringement.
Instructions for Windows users:
- You need to install a special player to watch the webinar.
- On the event page in the “My Webinars” section, click the player window or the “Join the stream” button.
- After clicking, a notification will appear. Click “Allow”.
- The stream will start loading. This process will take some time.

After installation, the activation window will open. Enter the serial number that should appear on the event page in the “My Webinars” section.
Please note that the serial number is unique for each user. Only one device can be authorized with a single serial number.
- After completing all the steps, the webinar window will open. You can start working.

Instructions for MacOS users:

- A window with instructions for granting screen recording access will open. Then click “Open System Settings”, make sure “Screen Recording” is selected, unlock the settings, authenticate in the system and enable the checkbox for “InfoProtector Player”.
- If the system asks whether the player should be restarted, decline the restart.
- Return to the instructions window and click “Continue”.
