How does webinar purchase and viewing work?
Step 1. After filling in and sending the registration form, a confirmation email about your participation request and several payment options will be sent to your email address.
The selected event will appear in the “My Webinars” section with the status “unpaid”.
You need to complete the payment using one of the methods listed in the email and available in your region.
Step 2. After the payment is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. At the same time, the status of the selected event in the “My Webinars” section will change to “paid”.
Step 3. To watch the webinar on your personal computer, you need to install special software (InfoProtector player). The installation guide is available here
Step 4. 1-3 days before the online broadcast date, an individual serial number will appear on the event page in the “My Webinars” section. You will need to enter it when launching the stream.
Please make sure that the contact details you entered in the registration form are correct.
If for some reason you did not receive the message with the serial number, you can contact us by phone (WhatsApp, Telegram).
How many times can I watch the recording?
The webinar recording is available for unlimited viewing within the event access period.
The webinar lasts many hours. Can I watch it in parts?
Yes, you can pause the recording or close the player and return to watching at a convenient time within the event access period.
Can I watch the webinar on mobile devices?
No. Our educational platform software is designed to work only on personal computers running Windows or MacOS.
Can I buy the recording after the live stream?
Yes, you can purchase the recording at any time during the access period and watch it.
Please note that each event has its own access period. The date when access to the webinar will end is known in advance and is stated in various information blocks.
Example: if the access end date is January 1, access to the webinar will stop at 00:00 on January 2 in the UTC-12 time zone.
Please make sure you have enough time to watch the event before the access period ends. Some webinars last 7-10 hours.
